Mommy Moves is your answer to the question, "When and where can I exercise when I have my kids attached to my hips all day?" Hour long personal training sessions at the playground have made it possible and fun! Cristy designs workouts catered to meet my needs that incorporates playground equipment and baby wearing to provide weight and resistance. As a mommy herself, Cristy understands the delicate balance of keeping baby happy and helping mommy reach her goals! I look forward to continuing my personal training sessions as well as trying out the group classes as well. -Tanya M. 

Cristy is great ! I have taken her Zumba class and I've also done personal training with her. The Zumba class is so fun! No experience was needed, she made me feel very comfortable, despite my lack of rhythm! It was fun and a great way to meet people. Baby loves it too. I also really benefited from the personal training. Cristy gives great advice for how to workout with baby at home. She tailors the session to my individual needs. I loved my small group workout class with Cristy! It's a great way to meet other moms and get some exercise with your little one. Cristy gave each person individual attention to make sure that you (and your baby) were getting the most of the workout. The exercises she showed us were easy to learn and repeat at home. I would definitely recommend this class and I look forward to taking more classes by Cristy in the future!

Last week my son and I took a baby weights class with Cristy. After having a baby and feeling so out of shape, I wasn't sure how successful it would be to work out again (especially with my son). Not only did I love working out with Cristy, but my son had a blast. The workouts were easy to learn and Cristy took the time to make sure we understood the workout and were doing it correctly and safely. My son laughed the whole time, I worked up a great sweat and made new mommy friends. I will definitely be taking more classes with Cristy!!
