Yesterday was World Nutella Day, so I'm celebrating by sharing my favorite Nutella snack idea!
You probably think I'm crazy- a Nutella recipe on a health and fitness website?? But here's the thing:
1) I am a strong believer in intuitive eating. In other words, there are no forbidden foods. Instead, you enjoy treats in moderation while listening to your body. Gone are the days of fad diets!

2) This recipe calls for just a small amount of Nutella. If you're like me, once you open the jar and start dipping fruit in Nutella, it's hard to stop. This way, you are serving yourself just a tiny bit, but it'll make you feel like you're eating a whole bowl of the chocolatey deliciousness!
So without further ado....
NUTELLA DREAM PARFAIT
*1 Single Serving Container of Greek Yogurt, no sugar added.
*Grape Nuts OR Kashi 7 Whole Grain Nuggets
*In a bowl, mix 1/2 to 1 tbsp Nutella with greek yogurt. Mix until yogurt turns light brown. Keep in mind, a little Nutella goes a long way!
*Top with crunchy cereal and raspberries to taste!
*ENJOY an entire bowl of Nutella goodness! <3
